Returns & Refund Policy

We make returns simple, fair, and hassle-free.

Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery date, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Eligible Returns

  • Item received damaged or broken
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Item missing parts or accessories
  • Product is significantly different from the description

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Perishable goods
  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened
  • Digital or downloadable products

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Original payment method will be refunded.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color on the same product, subject to availability. Contact us first to confirm stock.
